Hi there, I'm Sasha

I have been working with birthing families for 15 years, I am a Lamaze Certified childbirth educator as well as a birth and postpartum doula. I have a strong passion for education and teaching which I think I get from my grandma!

I am a firm believer that our bodies know how to birth our babies, however in today’s culture we have so many options and access to an overload of information, it can be an overwhelming and confusing time to know what is best for you and your baby.

My mission is to arm you with all the tools you need to navigate your way through your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey and come out the other side feeling confident and positive about the experience.

This is why I created “The Birth Series” I wanted to offer quality, evidenced based education that not only covers the physiology of birth but runs you through the wide array of common interventions and variations of pregnancy and labour.
