The Birth Series

Hello and welcome, here at The Birth Series we believe all birthing families deserve the right to a positive birth experience. Research has shown that being well informed and educated about your pregnancy and birth choices and being an active participant in decision making during this time leads to the highest positive outcomes in maternal satisfaction, and lets face it, happy mamma, happy baby!

Our classes offer high quality education that is evidenced based, we also want you to enjoy your time with us, so our curriculum is easy to digest and designed specifically for adult learners . There is a wide variety of childbirth classes out there, our goal is to have you and your birth support walking away feeling confident and ready to bring your little one earth side.

We will cover birth physiology, common variations and interventions of pregnancy and labour, labour management tools, how to help progress your labour, early labour and established labour signs and labour as a rite of passage. For more on curriculum head to the “classes” tab.

The Birth Series is a community, our families can stay connected with our educators well into the postpartum period and we love hearing all about how you and your little one are doing, we are here to help and are always willing to share our resources and postpartum referrals.
